Whereas, the complainant and PW have filed joint statement duly supported by an affidavit as well as duly endorsed by the learned counsel for complainant with submission that one Munir Ahmad s/o Muhammad Malook bearing CNIC No. 43103-9366536-3 is on of the nominated accused in FIR bearing crime no. 53/2022, PS Ghouspur and he is still at large but police illegaly and malafidely arrested fake person with same name as Munir Ahmed so he may be discharged and police may be orded to arrest and produce actual accused Munir Ahmed s/o Muhammad Malook, as detailed in voter list and original photograph enclosed with statement. The same application was allowed by this Court vide order dated: 27.9.2024, passed by this court and accused held in custody is discharged subject to furnishing PR. bond in sum of Rs. 100000/- be issued to concerned prison authority today.
You are, therefore directed to discharge/release the accused named below forthwith, if he is not required in any other case/crime subject to furnishing PR. bond in sum of Rs. 100000/- after proper identification and under intimation to this Court.
