Khurram Abbas S/o Abdul Aziz has filed bail application under section 21-D of Anti-Terrorism Act-1997 R/w section 497 Cr.P.C. Order passed on it, application has been allowed and accused has granted bail in the sum of Rs.75,000/- each and P.R Bond in the like amount in the present bail application and the applicant accused named below has furnished the required surety before this court.
