SUBJECT:     RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED IN CR. B.A NO: 923/2024 REG. QAIMUDDIN AND ANOTHER V/S THE STATE U/S: 402, 324, 353, 148, 149-PPC CRIME NO: 104/2024 P.S. LAKHI GATE.

                        Whereas the applicant/accused Qaimuddin S/O Ghous Bux, 2.Moula Bux S/O Yar Muhammad both by caste Luhar Shar who are remanded into your custody under the remand warrant of competent Court for proceedings under section 402, 324, 353, 148, 149-PPC and whereas on the receipt of an application for the grant of bail to the accused and whereas upon hearing of Advocate for the applicants /accused and learned D.D.P.P for the state, accused named above is granted bail in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each (Fifty thousand rupees only) and P.R bond in the like amount. Accused/applicants have furnished the required surety in this Court and same is accepted by this Court.

                        You are, hereby, directed and authorized to RELEASE the above said accused/applicant from your custody forthwith if they are no more required in any other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond form accused in the Sum of Rs. 50,000/- each(Fifty thousand rupees only)  for their appearance before concerned court.
