                        Whereas, the applicant/accused below named confined in the above said jail in above said crime.

                        And whereas, bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the advocate on behalf of applicant/accused in above said case.

                        And whereas, upon hearing the learned advocate for the applicant(s)/ accused and learned DDA on behalf of state, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Hyderabad Circuit Hyderabad in Cr.B.A No. S-76 of 2024 Order dated: 12.12.2024 has granted bail to the applicant(s)/accused below named in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- each and P.R Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Hounourable Court.

                        And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of below named applicant/accused and same is accepted.

                        You are, hereby required to release the below named applicants/accused persons forthwith; if not required in any custody case pending against him/them in any other court, after obtaining the P.R Bond in the above said amount to appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing and continue to appear till the final decision of the case and return this writ duly executed to this court within (3) days herefrom.
