The required surety has been furnished by the accused. One deponent Ashique Ali s/o Jamaluddin by caste Malik R/o village Pahlwan Malik, Taluka and District Ghotki stood as surety for the above named accused in the sum of Rs:50,000/- each and P.R in the like amount, which have been accepted by this court.
