Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Zulfiqar son of Muhammad Siddique by caste Lashari, vide order dated 26.09.2024 in Cr. Bail Application No. 1236/2024, re Zulfiqar Lashari Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:- 24SAA, vide Crime No. 81/2024 of PS Sijawal in the sum of Rs. 50,000/ (Rupees Fifty Thousands ) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally, accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
