The release writ for individual accused along with parentage confined in prison should be carefully verified with the Case number, FIR number, Police Station, offence and date of issue. Subject: RELEASE ORDER
WHEREAS, the applicant / accused Saleem S/O Jaffer Ali ,through his advocate moved bail application before this Court, praying for release.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing the case, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs. 35,000- (Rupee Thirty Five Thousand Only) with one surety and P.R. Bonds in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
Now, you the Superintendent Jail is here by required to release the said applicants/ accused namely Saleem S/O Jaffer Ali forthwith (if he is not required in any other case).
The Superintendent, is also required to certify the execution of writ by endorsement on it back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
