WHEREAS, the above named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under the warrant of Court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Gulshan Ghumro, Advocate for applicant/accused and ADPP for the State this Court ordered that applicant/accused namely above named be released from above Case/crime on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (Fifty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused named above has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused above named forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/- (Fifty thousand) and thereafter appear before the this Court on 09-10-2024 at 8-30 a,m and from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
