                     Whereas, applicant/accused Shuhabuddin S/o Ali Anwar Shah has been granted post arrest bail in the above mentioned case subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand rupees) and P.R in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                    And whereas, the required surety furnished on behalf of above named applicants/accused by one Ameer Hyder Shah S/o Ali Nawaz Shah R/o Qasimabad Hyderabad Taluka Hyderabad District Hyderabad has been accepted.

                    You are, therefore, directed to release the applicant/accused applicant/accused Shuhabuddin S/o Ali Anwar Shah, from your jail custody at once, if he is no more required in any other case custody or crime, after causing P.R in the sum of Rs.30,000/- and submit such P.R before this Court. The applicant/accused be directed to attend trial Court.
