Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

      The accused named below have been acquitted U/s 245(i) Cr.PC from the case in the below mentioned case/crime vide judgment/order dated 15.02.2024. You are, therefore directed to release the accused named below forthwith, if they are not required in any other case/crime.
It is also hereby clarified that there had been a clerical mistake in remand order bearing endorsement No.1160/2023 dated 06.11.2023 i.e. Section mentioned in said remand order was written as U/S : 9-1(3) C, CNS, though in actual, correct Section of present case as per FIR and Challan is U/s 9-1(3) A, CNS, therefore necessary correction be made in relevant record.
