                                    Whereas, this court has granted bail to the accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with P.R bond in the like amount, in case  No.43/2024 (Re. Safdar Ali Mriani V/s The state), Crime No. 103/2023 of P.S Rehmatpur under section ¾ HO.  The required surety has been furnished on behalf of accused which is accepted.
 
                                    You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith, if he is no more required in any other custody case/crime. Accused should be bound to appear before this court on 19.02.2024 at 08.30.a.m. without fail.`
