One deponent namely Faizan Ali S/O Shoukat Ali by caste Joyo R/O Haji Mohamamd Yar Joyo Taluka & District Ghotki has filed his affidavit along with copy of saving certificate and photo copy of his CNIC for standing surety of above named accused in the sum of Rs:30,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, which has been accepted by this court.
You are hereby required to release him forth-with in the above mentioned case/crime, if he is no more required in some other case/crime.
