Whereas, the applicant/accused named above had filed a bail application u/s 497 Cr.PC before this court through their advocate, Mr. Muhammad Malook Khaskheli, seeking bail after arrest. After hearing the I/C DDPP for the state and the counsel for the applicant/accused, bail after arrest was granted to the applicants/accused in the sum of Rs: 30,000, subject to the furnishing of surety to the satisfaction of this court, along with a P.R bond in the like amount.
