WHEREAS, the applicant / accused Muhammad Waleed S/O Abdul Lateef,through his advocate moved bail application before this Court, praying for release.
AND WHEREAS, upon hearing the case, this court has been pleased to grant bail to the applicant in sum of Rs. 30,000- (Rupee Thirty Thousand Only) with one surety and P.R. Bonds in the like amount, and whereas the surety on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in this Court as required.
