SUBJECT: CONVICTION WARRANT
Today i.e. 8th day of October, 2024, in the above noted Case/Crime accused person Danish Son Of Zaheeruddin is convicted under section 265-H (ii) Cr.P.C for offence under section 6/9-C Control of Narcotics Substance Amended Act 2022 & sentenced of 10 Years With fine Of Rs 500,000/= (Rupees Five Lac Only) and in default thereof, he shall suffer S.I for 30 days. Accused is also extended benefit of section 382-B Cr.P.C for the period has already remained in custody in this case since his arrest.
You, the Superintendent Prison, is hereby directed to receive the above named accused and carried out the above said sentence according to law.
