WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Rehan S/O Habibullah By Caste Brohi, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand)each with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one Qadir Bux S/o Sofi Ahmed R/o Mohalla Railway Godam Kotri Taluka Kotri District Jamshoro, has stood surety for accused Rehan S/O Habibullah By Caste Brohi, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
