Whereas, the Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has granted post arrest bail to the accused mentioned below in Cr.B.A No.S-612-2024 vide order dated: 04.10.2024 with directed to the applicant/accused to furnish the surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (in words one lac rupees) and PR bond in the like amount before the trial court. The accused/applicant has furnished required surety.
You are therefore, required to release the said accused named below from your custody forthwith, if he is no more required in some other case/crime, after obtaining P.R bond in the equal amount Rs:100,000/- (in words one lac rupees) for his appearance before trial court, positively and certify the execution of this writ and sent the bond to this Court within two days, after the receipt of this letter.
