Whereas, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused namely Munawar Ali son of Lal Bux by caste Mangi, vide order dated 09.10.2024 in Cr. Bail Application No. 1391/2024, re Munawar Ali Mangi Versus The State for the offence punishable u/s:- 324, 504, 148 & 149-PPC, vide Crime No. 189/2024 of PS A Secction Shahdadkot in the sum of Rs. 50,000/ (Rupees Fifty Thousands) and PR bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of above named applicant/accused, which is provisionally accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, required to release the above named applicant/accused forthwith, if he is not required in any other custody case/crime. The accused named above should be bound down to appear before the concerned trial Court.
