Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application No.S.08 of 2024 on behalf of accused Shahid Ali S/o Muhammd Ramzan by caste Rajput and upon hearing Miss Sumbul Urooj Muighal , counsel for the applicant/accused(s) and Mr. Muhammad Farooque Ali Jatoi Special Prosecutor for ANF, Honourable High Court of Sindh Bench at Sukkur has been pleased to grant bail on furnishing one solvent surety of the above named accused in the sum of Rs:500,000/- (in words Fifty Thousands Rupees) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety before this court.
