Whereas, in the above mentioned case after filing the bail application on behalf of accused persons and upon hearing counsel for the applicants/accused(s) and ADPP for the state, this court has granted bail of the accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (in words thirty thousand rupees each) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused have furnished the required surety.
