WHEREAS, the below namepd applicant/ accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant Court of concerned Magistrate Court convicting/committing the applicant /accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Saeed Ahmed Bhatti Advocate for applicant/accused and DDPP for the state that this Court ordered that the bail applicant/ accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the said applicants/accused named below has /have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused namely forthwith (unless they/he are/is no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and executed for himand directhim to appear before tial Court at 8-30 a,m and from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
