WHEREAS: the advocate for the above named appellants/convictee has filed application u/s 426 Cr.P.C requesting therein to release the appellants/convictee on bail in Criminal Appeal No.13/2024, Nihal & others …..Versus.... The State, in criminal case No.78/2023, The State …versus…. Nihal & others, involved in crime No.32/2023 u/s 337-F(vi), 337-A(i), 506, 114, 504, 34 PPC of P.S Khensar and sentenced by the trial Court of Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Chachro, vide Judgment dated 19-09-2023. This Court after hearing the advocate for appellants/convictee and A.D.P.P for the state suspends the Judgment of the trial Court and appellants/convictee be released on bail subject to furnishing a solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court vide order dated 12-10-2024.
And whereas the above named appellants/convictee have furnished the required surety in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand)each with P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
