Whereas, applicant/accused Nawab @ Dadu S/o Qurban by Caste Sehool, has been granted bail by this Court, vide B.A order dated: 07.10.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1400/2024, U/s 497 Cr.P.C, Re-Nawab @ Dadu V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 324, 337Hii, 148, 149 PPC, arising out of Crime No.246/2024 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and P.R bond in the like amount.
And whereas, the required surety on behalf of above named applicant/accused has been furnished, which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking their PR bond, the P.R bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and applicants/accused bound down to appear before the concerned Court, positively.
