Whereas the applicant/accused Arsalan Waheed S/o Abdul Waheed through his counsel moved bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C praying for release on bail.
And whereas upon hearing the bail application this Court has been granted bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one surety and P.R bond in the like amount and whether on behalf of the applicant has been furnished in the court as required.
Now, you the superintendent of jail is hereby required to release the Arsalan Waheed S/o Abdul Waheed accused forth-with, if not required in any other case, after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of Rs. 30,000/-to be executed by the said applicant/accused separately before you, the Superintendent of jail Karachi to certify the executed of writ by endorsement on its back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
