Whereas, the above named applicant/accused who was sent to your custody under the remand warrant of the Learned Consumer/Protection Judge & J.M Jacobabad, to face the pending trial Under Section 399,401 PPC before this Court presented an application for releasing them on bail in person and where Mr Imdad Ali Jamali Advocate and whereupon hearing Mr. Khan Muhammad I/c DPP Jacobabad appearing on behalf of the state this court has ordered that the above named applicants/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs:100,000/-each(One Lac only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court and whereas the above named accused have furnished the required surety before this Court.
