WHEREAS, this Court has granted bail to the applicant/accused Javed son of Nazeer Ahmed by caste Khoso, vide B.A order dated 19.02.2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.264/2024 Re-Javed Khoso V/S The State for the offence punishable under section 9-C CNSA, arising out of Crime No.33/2024 of Police Station Kamber City, in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees Fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount.
AND WHEREAS, required surety on behalf of above named accused has been furnished which has been accepted by this Court.
You are hereby directed to release the above named accused forthwith if he is no more required in any other custody case, after taking his PR bond, the PR bond taken from the accused be sent to this Court and accused be bound down to appear before the concerned Court.
