WHEREAS, on receipt of bail application filed by advocate on behalf of accused Saleem S/O Ghulam Hyder By Caste Solangi, after hearing the advocate for accused and learned ADPP for the State, this Court has ordered that the above named accused be released on bail after furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand)each with P.R bond in the like amount.
WHEREAS one Ghulam Sakina S/o Hyder Bux Solangi R/o Bandar Mohalla Sehwan Taluka Sehwan District Jamshoro, has stood surety for accused Saleem S/O Ghulam Hyder By Caste Solangi, appeared and filed affidavit alongwith surety documents to stand surety for above named mentioned accused.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above accused from your jail custody forthwith, if he is no more required to you in any other case or crime.
