SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD KHAN S/O IMDAD ALI CR.BAIL.APPLICATION NO.279/2024, RE- MUHAMMAD KHAN VERSUS THE STATE, CRIME NO.35/2024 POLICE STATION ROHRI, UNDER SECTION 23 (i) SINDH ARMS ACT 2013.

  Reference: Honorable High Court of Sindh Karachi's letter No.1754/MIT-II/Fake release/dated:30-11-2012.

Whereas, the above cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused  MUHAMMAD KHAN S/O IMDAD ALI  BY CASTE BURIRO and upon hearing Mr. Hidayatullah S.Balouch, Advocate for accused and Mr.Abdul Kareem Noonari DPP for State, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one Muhammad Ayoub Buriro son of Sher Muhammad Buriro has stood surety for accused named above.

                            You are therefore, directed and required to release accused MUHAMMAD KHAN S/O IMDAD ALI  BY CASTE BURIRO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other case, after causing his P.R bond executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty thousand) for his appearance before the trial Court at 8.30 am and until final disposal of the case.
