SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED 01.SHAHROZE S/O SHAFI, MALLAH,              02.YAR MUHAMMAD S/O MUHAMMAD URS, 03.FIDA HUSSAIN S/O BANDU IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.3286/2024, (SHAHROZE & ORS VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.46/2024 OF P/STATION CHHALGARI, HYDERABAD,             U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 01.SHAHROZE S/O SHAFI, MALLAH, 02.YAR MUHAMMAD S/O MUHAMMAD URS, 03.FIDA HUSSAIN S/O BANDU and upon hearing Mr.Muhammad  Mansoor, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one                  MUHAMMAD DAWOOD S/O SAHIB ZAD GUL has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused          01.SHAHROZE S/O SHAFI, MALLAH, 02.YAR MUHAMMAD S/O MUHAMMAD URS, 03.FIDA HUSSAIN S/O BANDU from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
