Whereas, applicant/accused namely Aakash alias Aka S/o Babo by caste Mehngwar, has been granted bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) with PR bond of the like amount, in above case and crime. The said accused was sent to you vide remand order No.1043/2024 dated 13.11.2024 by this Court.
And whereas, today the requisite surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (twenty thousand only) has been furnished by one surety namely Ravi Kumar S/o Bhago Mal R/o Post Office Tando Hyder Muhallah Chacha Deth Taluka and Disrtrict Hyderabad with requisite PR Bond, which has been accepted after verification vide order dated 21.11.2024.
Now you the Superintendent is hereby directed to release the below named ONE accused person, after proper verification, identification and verification as per law and communication of next date of hearing of above case i.e. 27.11.2024, if he is not required in any other custody case or crime, after obtaining PR Bond which is enclosed herewith, forthwith.
