WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime is confined in your jail.
AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused before this Court for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case and crime number.
AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused and learned ADPP on behalf of the State, this Court has to granted bail to the applicant / accused on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.
