Whereas, applicant/accused namely Muhammad Hanif S/o Sohrab by caste Brohi, has been granted bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand only) with PR bond of the like amount, in above case and crime. The said accused was sent to you vide remand order No.1030/2024 dated 11.11.2024 by this Court.
And whereas, today the requisite surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (thirty thousand only) has been furnished by one surety namely Shahbaz Ali S/o Nabi Bux R/o House No.2195 Kacha Qila Hyderabad with requisite PR Bond, which has been accepted provisionally vide order dated 22.11.2024.
Now you the Superintendent is hereby directed to release the below named ONE accused person, after proper verification, identification and verification as per law and communication of next date of hearing of above case i.e. 25.11.2024, if he is not required in any other custody case or crime, after obtaining PR Bond which is enclosed herewith, forthwith.
