SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED MOZAM @ MOZAN S/O AZAM, CHANDIO IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.3436/2024, (MOZAM @ MOZAN VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.297/2024 OF P/STATION B-SECTION, LATIFABAD,             U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused MOZAM @ MOZAN S/O AZAM, CHANDIO and upon hearing Ms.Moomal Sikandar, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one NAVEED ALI S/O MUHAMMAD AZAM has stood surety for the accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused accused MOZAM @ MOZAN S/O AZAM, CHANDIO from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
