facing trial in the above case and crime before this Court And whereas, advocate for accused filed an application U/S 497 Cr.P.C. and after hearing the counsel for the applicant/accused and learned ADPP, bails is granted to the accused/applicant in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this court.
