SUBJECT:  RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED MUHAMMAD LUQMAN S/O MUHAMMAD UMAR BY CASTE SOOMRO, IN CRL. BAIL APPLICATION NO.176/2024 MUHAMMAD LUQMAN VERSUS THE STATE, U/S 24 SINDH ARMS ACT 2013, CRIME NO.38/2024 OF PS TANDO ADAM CITY.
 

                   Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the counsel on behalf of applicant/accused named above before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.

              You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicant/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with, if he is not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused is directed to join the investigation/trial.
