SUBJECT:     RELEASE OF ACCUSED 01.BILAWAL @ BILAL S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN AND 02.ALI GUL S/O YAR MUHAMMAD IN CR.BAIL APPLN.NO.3378/2024, (BILAWAL @ BILAL & ANR. VS THE STATE) IN CRIME NO.275/2024 OF P/STATION MARKET, HYDERABAD, U/SECTIONS 324 & 353 / 34 PPC.

Whereas, the above cited Cr.Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused 1.BILAWAL @ BILAL S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN AND 2.ALI GUL S/O YAR MUHAMMAD and upon hearing Ms.Moomal Sikandar, learned Advocate for an applicant/accused and Mr.Abdul Qayoum Memon, DDPP for the State, this Court has granted bail to the said accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount.

And whereas the required surety has been furnished and one ALI HASSAN S/O YAR MUHAMMAD has stood surety for both accused.

                   You are therefore, directed and required to release accused accused 1.BILAWAL @ BILAL S/O GHULAM HUSSAIN AND 2.ALI GUL S/O YAR MUHAMMAD from your custody forthwith if he is not required in any other custody case, after causing his P.R bond(s) executed in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(thirty thousand) each and P.R bond(s) in the like amount for his appearance before concerned/trial Court on the dates of hearing at 08:30 a.m positively until final disposal of case.
