Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the counsel on behalf of applicants/accused named above before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicants/accused, in the sum of Rs: 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicants/accused, which is accepted by this Court.
You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with, if they are not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signatures/LTIs thereon.
