Whereas, the Advocate for applicant/accused filed Criminal Bail Application U/S 497 Cr.P.C before this Court in aforesaid Case/Crime.
After perusal of material available in Record and Proceedings, hearing the advocate for accused and learned DDPP for State, Order passed and announced in open Court. The applicant/accused person has been granted bail, subject to furnished solvent surety and P.R Bond and like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused and same has been accepted to the satisfaction of this Court.
