Whereas in the above bail application, after receiving bail application on behalf of accused 01.GHULAM SHABIR S/O NIZAMUDDIN BY CASTE JAGRANI and upon hearing Mr. Ashique Ali Soomro advocate, counsel for the accused and DDPP on behalf of the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the above named accused with solvent surety in the sum of Rs.500,000/- in words of (Five lacs thousand rupees of accused) and P.R bond in the like amount. The accused has furnished the required surety.
