SUBJECT:       RELEASE WRIT OF ACCUSED ALI GOHAR S/O MUHAMMAD AACHAR BY CASTE MARI, CRL. BAIL IN SESSIONS CASE NO.39/2024, THE STATE VERSUS ALI GOHAR, U/S 324, 506/2 PPC, CRIME NO.52/2023 OF PS BERANI.

                       Whereas, a bail application U/S 497 Cr.P.C has been filed by the counsel on behalf of applicant/accused named above before this Court and whereas this Court after hearing the arguments has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused, in the sum of Rs: 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount. The required surety has been furnished on behalf of applicant/accused, which is accepted by this Court.

                           You are, hereby directed to release the above named applicants/accused in the above mentioned case/crime forth-with, if he is not required in any other case/crime. The P.R bond of the accused is enclosed herewith and same be returned back to this Court for record, after obtaining the signature/LTI thereon. The applicant/accused is directed to appear before this court for trial, on 26-02-2024 at 08:30 am without fail.
