Whereas, the applicant/accused have made application u/s.497 Cr.P.C before this Court through learned counsel praying therein for grant of bail in the subject crime. After hearing the counsel for applicants/accused and ADPP for the State and perusal of the police papers, this Court has granted the bail to the accused solvent surety in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with P.R bonds in the like amount and applicant/accused has furnished required solvent surety.
