Whereas the applicant/accused Bilal S/O Tabish Jamal through his counsel moved bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C praying for release on bail.
And whereas upon hearing the bail application this Court has granted bail to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs. 50,000/-, for accused with one surety and P.R bond in the like amount.
Now, you the superintendent of jail is hereby required to release the accused forth-with, if not required in any other case, after causing a personal recognizance in the sum of Rs.50,000/- for accused executed by the said applicant/accused separately before you, the Superintendent of jail Karachi to certify the executed of writ by endorsement on its back and return the same duly endorsed within two days from receipt hereof.
