Whereas, the below cited Criminal Bail Application was filed on behalf of accused Muhammad Akram S/O Muhammad Akmal By Caste Awan and upon hearing Ms Badshahzadi Rashdi, Advocate for accused and Mr. Shuaib Ahmed Soomro S.P.P for the state, this Court has been pleased to grant bail to the said accused subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) and P.R bond in the like amount.
