Whereas, the above named accused remanded to your custody under the remand before this court the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing Mr Allah Wasayo Ujjan, Advocate for appellant/accused and ADPP for the state, this court has ordered that the above named applicant/accused be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs 25,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above his/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
