Subject:         RELEASE WRIT/ACQUITTAL INTIMATION.

                       Whereas, below named applicant/accused was remanded to your Jail under a warrant of this court, in below mentioned case/crime.

                        And whereas on the receipt of the application for bail and upon hearing of Rana Meraj Khalid for the said applicant/accused and DPP for the State this Court, has ordered that the below named applicant/accused be released on bail on his furnishing two solvent sureties in the sum of Rs.100,000/-(Rupees One Lac) and P.R bond in the like amount.

               And whereas the sureties (i) namely Allah Nawaz S/O Muhammad Hussain Arain and (ii) Muhammad Mehboob S/O Muhammad Hussain have furnished required sureties for accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/-and produced  Original (02) Special Saving Certificates in the sum or Rs.100,000/- each , which have been accepted.

               You are hereby, required to release forthwith the below named applicant/accused from your custody, if he is no required in any other custody case/crime and after causing P.R bond in the sum of Rs:100,000/-each to be executed for his appearance before this court on. 11-12 -2024 and send the same P.R bond to  this court within three days.
