WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused was remanded to your jail under the warrant of Court committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section and whereas on the application for bail and upon hearing Mr. Sikander Ali Junejo advocate for accused and Mr. Shafi Muhammad Mahar, DPG for the State that Honourable High Court of Sindh, Bench at Sukkur has ordered that the applicant/accused named below be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the learned trial court and whereas the said applicant/accused has furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this court.
You are therefore hereby required to release the applicant/accused named below forthwith (unless they are no more required by you in any other case/crime) from your custody and after causing his P.R bond in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and be executed for his appearance and thereafter directed by this court from time to time and certify execution of this writ within three days after its receipt and send the P.R bond to this court.
