Whereas, above mentioned both accused have been granted bail by Honourable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad in above mentioned case/crime. Subsequently, required surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- ( Thirty Thousands for each) with PR bond in the like amount, have also been furnished by them in this court. The required surety have been accepted by this court.
You are, therefore, directed to release the above named applicants/accused persons in the above mentioned case/crime, forthwith, if they are not required in any other custody case/crime. The P.R bond of applicants/accused persons is enclosed herewith and same be returned to this court after obtaining the signatures/ LTI(s) of accused persons on it. Accused be directed to appear before trial court on date of hearing, without fail, for facing their trial.
