Whereas, the above named accused person was remanded to your jail under the warrant before this court convicting/committing the applicant/accused under aforesaid section ¾ PEHO and his bail application has been granted in the sum of Rs.10,000/- by this Court that the above named applicant/accused person be released on bail on furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.10,000/- before this Court and P.R bond in the like amount and whereas the said appellant/accused named above has/have furnished the required surety to the satisfaction of this Court.
