And whereas, upon hearing the said advocate for the above named applicant/accused and ADPP for state, this court has granted bail to the accused persons in the sum of Rs.30,000/- on PR Bond in the like amount.
You are, therefore, hereby required to release the below named accused forthwith; if he is not required in any other custody case and crime pending against him in any other court after obtaining his PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 30,000/- for appearance before this court on 13.12.2024 at 8-30 A.M and continue to appear and further directed to him and return this writ duly executed to this court within ( 02 ) days after the date of receipt.
