                        WHEREAS, the below named applicant/accused person in the above noted case and crime are confined in your jail.

                        AND WHEREAS, a bail application under section 497 Cr.P.C. was filed by the advocate on behalf of below named applicant/accused person before the Honorable High High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad for grant of bail after arrest to the below named applicant/accused person in the above mentioned case and crime number.

                        AND WHEREAS, after hearing the advocate for applicant/accused person and learned DDPP on behalf of the State, the Honorable High Court of Sindh, Circuit Court Hyderabad, has granted bail to the applicant / accused on furnishing two solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only)  with P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        AND WHEREAS, the required surety has been furnished on behalf of the below named applicants/accused person in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred thousand Only) with P. R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court.

                        You are, therefore, hereby directed to release the below named applicant/accused person forthwith, if he is not required in any other case after obtaining P.R bond in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousands Only) for appearance before this court on 23.12.2024 at 0830 AM and return this writ duly executed to this Court within 3 days after receipt whereof.
